Miquel is a creative cook, well versed in Empordà cuisine. In love with local and seasonal products. He perfectly masters the cooking of rice and fresh fish. Before working at Terrassa Terramar, he managed kitchens such as the Hotel Restaurant Sa Punta or the Hotel Llafranc.

Joan directs the Terrassa Terramar Restaurant in Llafranc on a daily basis. His career has always been linked to the evolution and professional growth around the gastronomic culture of Empordà. New ideas in management, a deep knowledge of local cuisine and his curiosity about the world of wines have made him a key player in the generational transformation that Terramar is undergoing.
