Toni Montalbán, head chef at La Costa Beach & Golf Resort and chef at the Aquamare restaurant, has a long professional career of 34 years behind the stove. In 1984, when he was only 16 years old, he began his adventure at the Montserrat Can Salvi restaurant as a kitchen assistant. Since then, he fell in love with the profession and made it his lifestyle: evolving, working and training with traditional and signature cuisine, learning from the best every day.
