The Associació de Ceramistes de La Bisbal d’Empordà has once again organized the group exhibition of crockery at the Terracotta Museum, which can be visited from March 19 to June 26.
On the occasion of this initiative, Cuina de l’Empordanet carried out an action at the Bisbalenc museum on Friday 25 March consisting of a dinner prepared by four of its restaurants. Throughout a tasting menu, various culinary creations paired perfectly with the ceramic plates and containers designed for the occasion.
The participating restaurants were Saó (Fonteta), Bo.TiC (Corçà), Casamar (Llafranc) and Es Portal (Pals). There were also wines and sparkling wines from the regular collaborators of the gastronomic collective: Llopart, Clos d’Agon, Gramona, Mas Oller, Mas Geli, Perelada and Rovellats; in addition to Vilajuïga water and Cornellà coffees.
The success of attendance was resounding, with all tickets sold and a Terracotta Museum full to overflowing.
